Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for staff helpdesk requests (hardware, software, accounts, printers, connectivity, etc.)
Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and maintenance for new and existing employees
Support the IT Manager with technology updates, inventory management, and user account administration
Document IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Provide basic training and guidance to staff on software and technology tools
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of IT helpdesk or technical support experience
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and common office technologies
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting process rollout or project coordination
Nonprofit, mission-driven organization experience
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar productivity suites
