The Shift Supervisor will manage Group Living operations, ensuring compliance with policies and supervising staff to create a safe and supportive environment for at-risk youth.

Responsibilities

Daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Program Director

Ensure ROP programs are implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements

Supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate

Internal applicants must be a Group Supervisor or higher Direct Care Position with no less than standard performance and at least two years of experience at Rite of Passage

Staff in this position must have completed Operations and Treatment Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position

Additionally, staff in this position must complete Human Resources Essential Subjects within six months of placement in the position

External candidates must have 3-years prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position as a Group Supervisor or higher Direct Care position

Supervisory experience required

Be at least 21 years of age

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
