Licensed Behavior Analyst, Lindens Program
Bancroft is a leading nonprofit service-provider for individuals across the lifespan with autism and related diagnoses. They are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join their Applied Behavior Analysis Center of Excellence, focusing on treating challenging behaviors and skill acquisition for children with ASD and related diagnoses.

Responsibilities
Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations
Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming
Identifies training needs and develops and conducts those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans
Conducts/oversees team screening admission evaluations and intake assessments; oversees the admission, transition, and discharge processes
Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons’ served
Serves as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
Conducts and presents research to internal and external audiences
The Licensed Behavior Analyst serves as a clinical supervisor, implementing ABA themselves but also, training and directly supervising Behavior Support Specialists
Qualification
Required
Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required
BCBA certification required
New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required
Preferred
Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred
Prior management experience is also preferred
A PhD in a related discipline is desirable
