Responsibilities

Travel nationwide to install, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge 12-volt electronic systems—think GPS, tire inflation monitors, refrigeration sensors, warehouse tech, and more

Utilize diagnostic computers and software for troubleshooting and configuration

Perform all work in accordance with standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and safety protocols

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services performed using mobile computing devices and Microsoft Office tools

Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project leaders to ensure clarity of expectations and resolution of issues

Independently manage service schedules and travel itineraries in coordination with dispatch or operations teams
