Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Optimize the allocation of resources (financial, human, material) to achieve and surpass operational and financial key performance indicators, including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets, Cost of Goods Sold savings, and project profitability targets
Balance capacity with customer demand and manage annual Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures budgets effectively
Oversee all aspects of the value chain, from receiving customer orders to delivering products, projects, and services to suppliers
Implement continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs following the Integrated Transformer Management System (ITM) to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost
Lead and champion a zero-accident culture, ensuring full compliance with all HSE regulations and fostering a safe and environmentally responsible work environment
Lead, guide, and develop a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Implement performance management and development practices to motivate and retain top talent

Required

Bachelor's Degree. Preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing engineering
Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management with a minimum of five (5) years senior level manager
Process Engineering or Quality Management experience a plus
Lean Manufacturing training and implementation experience
Six Sigma training and certifications
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Ability to communicate complex concepts via presentations to senior level audiences
Change Management experience
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive engagement, and achieve high performance

Preferred

MBA or relevant master's degree
Working knowledge of SAP
Electrical products manufacturing experience
