Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITOM modules
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for ITOM components, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB Health and Data Integrity, Event Management, and Orchestration/Automation
Validate integrations between ServiceNow and external monitoring or infrastructure tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, and AWS
Ensure data accuracy, relationships, and reconciliation within the CMDB
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and ServiceNow architects to identify and resolve defects
Document test results, track defects in JIRA (or similar tools), and report QA metrics
Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and smoke testing
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5 years of hands-on experience in QA/testing, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow ITOM modules
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management
Experience testing integrations between ServiceNow and IT infrastructure monitoring tools
Proficiency with ServiceNow ATF, JIRA, and test management tools
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB data models
Ability to write SQL queries and validate backend data
Familiarity with web services testing (REST/SOAP APIs)
Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with project team members
Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings, including pre-iteration and retrospectives
