Responsibilities

Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care
Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided
Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff
Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients
Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care
This position requires floating to various facilities

Qualification

Master of Science in NursingPhysician Assistant LicenseBLSPatient care knowledgePrevious experience as PAMicrosoft software proficiencyAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsDetail oriented

Required

Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Physician Assistant Studies
Physician Assistant License
BLS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the age of the patients served

Preferred

Previous experience as Physician Assistant
