Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Engineering headcount, from capacity planning and organizational design to talent location strategy, as well as growth and investment
Derive insights to drive evolution in our resources planning and deployment to achieve long-term transformation to fuel the business growth as well as optimization
Implement and govern Headcount recruiting, backfill policies and guardrails, ensuring global engineering teams operate within fiscal targets without sacrificing innovation speed
Provide the "Command Center" view of Engineering org, synthesizing complex labor and cloud data into clear narratives for the C-suite
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy and planning, corporate finance/FP&A, or workforce planning at a global scale
Expertise in Business Operations & Strategic Planning: Proven track record managing complex organizational structures, capacity modeling, and talent investment strategies
Finance Literacy: Understanding of the finance language to manage P&L and budget. Capabilities to deal with large amount of data
Executive Presentation: polished skill in delivering written and verbal executive presentation in document, presentation and dashboard format
Education: A technical or business degree (Engineering, Economics, Finance). MBA or advanced degree preferred
Tooling: experience in dealing with dashboard (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) as a plus
