This role focuses on designing and executing automated tests for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and journey orchestration, ensuring high-quality delivery of personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Define comprehensive test strategies for AEP and related MarTech/CDP implementations
Develop test plans covering data flows, API integrations, and customer journey orchestration
Build and maintain automated test suites for API, data pipelines, and event-driven workflows
Implement regression packs for schema validation, data ingestion, and segmentation accuracy
Validate XDM schema compliance and data integrity across ingestion pipelines
Test identity resolution logic and profile unification scenarios
Simulate customer journeys and validate orchestration logic in AJO or similar platforms
Verify audience segmentation and activation across destinations
Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into test cases
Provide clear defect reports, dashboards, and QA metrics to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years in QA Automation or SDET roles with MarTech/CDP experience (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP concepts (not necessarily expert-level)
Strong skills in test strategy, API automation, and data validation
Proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or Java)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and test reporting frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar orchestration tools
Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices
Experience with ETL testing and data pipeline validations
Certifications in QA or MarTech platforms are a plus
