Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for business members, engaging in consultative conversations to understand their financial priorities and recommend personalized solutions
Collaborate with lending staff to gather and organize financial statements, borrower documentation, and other relevant materials needed for annual loan reviews
Identify opportunities to cross-sell Credit Union products and services
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of banking experience including business deposit and account opening experience required
A strong working knowledge of PC applications, specifically MS Word and Excel, with the ability to move swiftly and accurately between multiple applications
Sales and relationship building experience required
