They are currently looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Support to manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist customers and vendors.

Responsibilities
Greet, check-in, and direct guests to the appropriate person
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic Customer Service issues politely and efficiently
Process customer return requests
Data entry tasks as assigned
Assisting vendors, customers & colleagues as needed
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Sort mail and daily deliveries
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player with good attendance, a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently
