Franchise Development Manager
Kampgrounds of America, Inc. is focused on selling the value of the KOA brand to independent campground owners. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for lead generation, campground site evaluations, and negotiating franchise agreements.
Responsibilities
Selling the value of the KOA brand to independent campground owners resulting in their purchase of a KOA franchise
Focusing on new construction franchise sales and assisting with corporate acquisition opportunities
Finding and advancing relations and partnerships with allied professionals and organizations related to Outdoor Hospitality
Responsible for lead generation and follow‐up, campground site visit/evaluation, and negotiating the addendum and franchise agreement with the prospect
Qualification
Required
Field sales experience focused on selling value to independent campground owners
Experience in franchise sales
Ability to assist with corporate acquisition opportunities
Experience in building relations and partnerships with allied professionals and organizations related to Outdoor Hospitality
Lead generation and follow-up skills
Campground site visit/evaluation experience
Negotiation skills for addendum and franchise agreements
