Responsibilities
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and patients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk within a healthcare location
Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required
Assist with the check-in and check-out process for visitors and/or patients, maintaining logs as directed by site procedures
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with appropriate personnel as needed
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in the immediate area to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives
Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and providing information or assistance as directed
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience is preferred
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
