Responsibilities
Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify, design, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance financial processes, reporting, and analytics
Support automation initiatives using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel, helping to streamline manual tasks
Identify, plan, and execute potential machine learning or AI processes and tools
Participate in projects focused on data integration and dashboard development
Assist with the evaluation and rollout of new digital tools and best practices across the Finance organization
Engage with transformation liaisons and stakeholders to gather requirements, document growth areas, and propose innovative solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, through the adoption of automation and predictive analytics
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field degree program
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL)
Strong interest in business processes and digital transformation
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with large volumes of data
Well-organized, with effective communication skills and a strong desire to learn
Must be able to work 37.5 hours/week during the summer, with the possibility of extension into the fall/spring semester at a minimum of 12 hours/week
Preferred
Italian language proficiency a plus
