Responsibilities
Post and manage job requisitions across job boards and internal systems
Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) with candidates and interview teams
Schedule and manage interview debriefs and collect interviewer feedback
Prepare and send offer letters and support offer approvals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and general inquiries
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with ATS platforms, calendars, and scheduling tools
Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
Preferred
TA experience preferred
