Financial Advisor Consultant
Social Capital Resources is a Tampa-based independent broker dealer dedicated to empowering financial advisors and enhancing the client experience. They are seeking a dynamic Consultant/Coach to support and develop financial advisors, helping them strengthen their businesses and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with financial advisors across the field
Provide ongoing coaching on business development, marketing, technology, branding, profitability, and practice management
Act as the primary liaison with product and service partners across investment, insurance, and technology platforms
Deliver guidance, resources, and strategic insights that help advisors grow efficient, scalable, and client-focused practices
Collaborate closely with internal teams and firm leadership to advance advisor success initiatives
Qualification
Required
A strong coach who genuinely enjoys helping others grow and improve
Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
Comfortable with public speaking and periodic travel (3–5 trips per year)
Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
Preferred
Background in relationship management, practice consulting, business development, or financial planning preferred
