Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product roadmap with Product and Engineering Managers
Convert roadmap into features and prioritize the product backlog
Lead agile ceremonies and champion best practices
Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
Oversee release planning, demos, and issue resolution
Evaluate technical designs and manage risks
Define key metrics and monitor production issues proactively

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, Master's preferred
10+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, Lean, XP, and Domain Driven Design
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute in fast-paced environments
Strong independent and collaborative skills

Preferred

Automotive industry and 3DX experience are assets
