They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of municipal, roadway, and paving projects, working closely with a Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate schedules, budgets, and client communications.

Responsibilities
Support planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal and roadway projects
Prepare and track project schedules, deliverables, and action items
Coordinate with design, survey, inspection teams, and subconsultants
Participate in meetings and assist in preparation for meetings
Assist with responding to client requests and maintaining positive client relationships
Support construction phase services (RFIs, submittals, pay applications, etc.)
Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, and budget
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Promote safe work practices and professional conduct on all projects
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience supporting civil or public infrastructure projects
Demonstrated understanding of civil engineering design and construction practices
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
Experience working on municipal, roadway, paving, or transportation projects is preferred
