Responsibilities
Assist or lead ongoing customer implementations for Bectran platform
Assist in product growth by analyzing customer requirements and designing features/workflows
Prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer priorities and development lifecycles
Conduct product demos for prospective clients through online conferencing tools
Assist in customer support for existing customers, through phone, email or support tickets
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Enthusiasm for application and product design
Passion for software products and an eagerness to understand and explain them
Track record of building lasting relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or product-related role (preferred, but not required)
