Enterprise Solutions Delivery Manager

The Enterprise Solutions Delivery Manager role involves managing the relationship with the SAP Application Management Services team, overseeing incident resolution and change management processes, and driving successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage relationship with the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team; Collaborate with AMS leads to maintain appropriate staffing levels, onboard new team members, gather feedback from Olin stakeholders, and escalate issues while ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded
Oversee end-to-end change management process for incident resolution and system enhancements; Lead meetings for project intake, sprint review, and change approval process
Work with functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects within scope and time constraints, utilizing Jira software for deliverable tracking and report generation
Recommend and manage platform(s) to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements from intake to implementation
Ensure that appropriate documentation is collected for changes and key projects for audit purposes
Lead monthly SAP integration team meetings; Report out on key milestones, status updates, and project deadline progression

Required

Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience working with Enterprise Resource Applications
Strong project management skills and understanding of ERP processes
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, self-motivated, and self-directed
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style
Demonstrated ability to establish and foster relationships at all levels of the organization
Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
Prior experience with ERP project management
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification
S4 HANA preferred
ServiceNow preferred
