Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Worship and Ministries staff
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering a multi-line phone system
Prepare, copy, scan, file, and distribute documents and materials
Coordinate office supplies and assist with ministry distributions
Serve as a point of contact for general church information, events, and schedules
Support special projects, mailings, and program preparation as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
Experience answering phones and greeting guests in a professional setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and office technology
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
