Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Coordinate installation teams with assigned jobs and ensure they have all necessary installation packets
Efficiently dispatch installation teams to job sites to ensure timely arrival
Confirm completion of all previous day's installations and collection of balances
Send out payment requests for completed installations
Maintain a schedule of incomplete installations and monitor until completion
Ensure installation teams upload jobsite pictures and complete necessary documentation
Maintain a record of callbacks to accurately assess installer wages and team performance
Participate in daily team huddles to report on installation totals and open slots
Confirm next day installations, collect deposits, and complete financing
Attempt to move forward installations to fill open slots as needed
Update HVAC Install calendar and HVAC Install Log Google Doc daily
Qualification
Required
Customer service and support experience
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
Experience in scheduling appointments and service coordination (minimum 1 year required)
Preferred
Experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is highly desirable
