Responsibilities

Work on a variety of analytical projects that impact multiple areas of the business

Aggregate and analyze trading data to help make better future decisions

Ensure correction of any trade breaks that would expose the firm to financial risk

Constantly improve the efficiency of the trade lifecycle

Collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently

Participate in classroom training sessions focused on developing company-specific knowledge and technical skills

Network with coworkers across the firm and build relationships with recently graduated mentors

Engage in opportunities to give back to the community through Susquehanna sponsored events and donation drives

Required

Students pursuing a degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science or a related major with intention to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree within one year of the internship program

Candidates with an advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as experience with Python, HTML, VBA or SQL preferred

Students who have an ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently

Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are flexible and have a commitment to innovation

Individuals with an ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Students who demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

Preferred

Candidates with an advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as experience with Python, HTML, VBA or SQL preferred
