Responsibilities

Act as a primary finance partner for Product, Marketing, and Sales ops leaders, providing data driven insights and financial guidance
Lead the development, review and presentation of business cases for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects
Work with internal teams to support business decisions, review monthly results and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
Partner with controllership to reconcile financial data, ensure accuracy, and support
Develop and maintain Looker (or similar BI tools) dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance, KPI’s, and business trends
Advanced Excell skills & PowerPoint skills and the ability to analyze and visualize data effectively
Collaborate with FP&A team members to enhance total company reporting & develop FP&A maturity
Provide ad-hoc analysis as required

Required

Desire to focus on the details and question financial analysis results
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with Looker, Jedox, or similar BI tools
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL a plus
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Previous FP&A experience with supporting marketing, product, and creating business cases
Curious and self-starting attitude with ability to think fast and prioritize multiple tasks
Enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to work independently
Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant area from a recognized institution; a CPA, or working towards is an asset
7-10 years of progressive professional experience in Finance related functions
Track record of delivering results in past roles
