Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely communication and effective use of tools for successful execution
Act as a trusted partner for issue resolution, client management, and process improvement
Collaborate closely with the Bioanalytical management group to drive initiatives and operational enhancements
Build strong networks across internal teams—including Commercial, Early Development, and Central Laboratories—to optimize practices and resolve challenges

Required

Proven experience in contract research, pharma, or biotech industries

Degree in Life Sciences (or related field)
