Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end program management for plant closure and relocation projects, ensuring all phases are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, timelines, and critical path activities
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues that could impact program success
Create and manage key program deliverables, including project charters, status reports, transition plans, communication frameworks, and post‑closure documentation
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational expectations and compliance requirements
Provide clear, concise weekly updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, decisions needed, and financial impacts
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and external partners
Define headcount requirements for project teams throughout the transition lifecycle
Partner with HR to support retention strategies, severance planning, and employee communication during closure or relocation activities
Ensure all workforce‑related actions comply with company policies, labor regulations, and local legal requirements
Coordinate facility shutdown activities, equipment relocation, and operational ramp‑down and ramp‑up plans
Oversee vendor management, logistics coordination, and site readiness activities for receiving locations
Ensure business continuity plans are in place and executed effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within manufacturing, operations, or large‑scale transformation environments
Demonstrated experience leading plant closures, relocations, consolidations, or similar complex initiatives
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
