Government Administration
Responsibilities
Provides Help Desk operations through ticket operations
Assists with training of personnel in the use of computer hardware and software
Maintains, edits, and oversees SharePoint webpages
Provides vendor quotes for departments
Answers phone calls and emails
Maintains a working knowledge of all departments’ operations to effect change proactively
Assists with imaging, deploying, and backup of computer systems
Updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Creates user accounts and coordinates email setup
Assists with application setup
Assists with password resets for Microsoft Windows and AS400
Troubleshoots various department specific software
Assist with programming and setup of CISCO phones
Keeps track of various Information Technology inventory
Provides consultation/advising for IT related equipment
Moves computer equipment and furniture
Performs all other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
A+, or equivalent, certification is preferred
