Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate
Operate as a dispatcher, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and responding units within the manufacturing and industrial location
Monitor and document incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm, problem-solving manner
Maintain communication logs and incident reports to support site operations and assist in investigations
Assist with controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in implementing security-related protocols and emergency response plans
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
CPR certification is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
Access control or badge experience is preferred
