Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate and lead project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Act as the point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project goals, progress, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project outcomes
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to specifications. Implement and monitor quality control processes
Oversee day-to-day project activities, resolve issues, and ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan. Adapt plans and strategies as needed to address any changes or challenges
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices and increase efficiency within the team

Required

Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Asana, Workfront, etc.)
Proficient in budget management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to see the big picture
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on achieving project goals and delivering results
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs, Asana, Ziflow and able to learn internal software programs quickly
Flexible mindset
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
