Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audits and financial reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations

Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, general ledger review and account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

Support the setup of new projects in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring accurate configuration of project parameters and alignment with contractual requirements

Coordinate workforce assignments within the accounting system to ensure proper allocation of resources and accurate labor cost tracking

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly

Serve as backup for payroll processing and post-payroll process

Support various accounting functions as needed, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
