Responsibilities

Collect, review, and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents, and coordinate payment processing in accordance with company procedures
Prepare and issue monthly customer invoices, and compile and upload billing documentation to complete the billing process
Assist with contract amendments and project budget adjustments as required
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of project and accounting operations

Required

Bachelor & Relevant major
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft: Excel, PPT, word…etc.)
