Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and operate electrical, mechanical, plant operating, and facilities equipment (e.g., boilers, chillers, air handlers, medical gases)
Repair/replace electrical components rated less than 600 volts
Perform general maintenance/repair for safe and efficient plant operation
Care for supplies/tools; maintain required records/reports
Assist night security as needed

Boiler-Class 3 Service MechanicBoiler-Class 2 Pressure Vessel InstallerCFC CertificationLMSLHRFacilities maintenance experienceTrade/technical school

Required

Building Codes Division Licenses: Boiler-Class 3 Service Mechanic (CL3), Boiler-Class 2 Pressure Vessel Installer (CL2), LMS, LHR, CFC Certification, Legacy FM Training Completion
Oregon Driver's License
Two years in facilities maintenance
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

Trade/technical school
