Responsibilities
Support and coordinate product data workflows across the server hardware lifecycle
Partner with program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute data and process updates
Maintain and improve data quality across forecasting, procurement, and deployment workflows
Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies using structured reporting and dashboards
Prepare clear, executive-ready documentation, metrics, and presentations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or project support
Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, detail-oriented technology or corporate environments
Strong proficiency with data management tools (spreadsheets, tracking systems, reporting dashboards)
Experience creating clear, concise presentations for cross-functional or leadership audiences
Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working across time zones and teams
Exposure to hardware, cloud infrastructure, supply chain, or technical product environments
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
