Bonaventure of Salmon Creek is a senior living community seeking an engaged and dedicated Assistant Executive Director. The role involves supporting the Executive Director in leading the community to success, ensuring resident satisfaction, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Elder Care

Responsibilities

Ensure resident & family satisfaction

Direct supervision of department heads and other staff members

Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention

Human resources and business office duties

Census development

Financial oversight

Compliance with state regulations

Promote, direct, and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement

Oversee day-to-day operations

Lead census development

Qualification

SalesMarketing experienceBusiness office managementAdministrator's LicenseMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookDesire to make a differenceCPR CertificationEnglish languageVerbal communication

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one

Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management

Excellent verbal and communication skills

A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents

Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility

Must be able to comply with state vaccine requirements

English language required

Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

Preferred

Secondary Education is preferred but not required

CPR Certification (preferred)
