Digital Business Analyst
Room & Board is a modern furniture and home decor retailer committed to creating beautiful, well-made products while providing exceptional customer service. They are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the Ecommerce & Digital Experience team, focusing on the presentation and maintenance of the online product assortment and enhancing the understanding of data systems.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between ecommerce merchandising, digital experience, data, and technology teams to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver online assortment and shopping path initiatives
Build a deep understanding of Room & Board’s complex product data model and the systems, tools, and processes required to launch, maintain, and sunset products on roomandboard.com
Partner closely with merchandising leaders and specialists to facilitate decisions, next steps, and timelines for assortment changes, helping translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
Collaborate with Product Designers, Technical Product Owners, Developers, and Data Analysts to support feature development through requirement gathering, testing, validation, documentation, and launch
Provide production support for data, site code, and image-related issues, contributing to improved intake, prioritization, and resolution workflows using Jira
Support and grow relationships with software vendors that power the shopping path experience, while gradually taking on greater ownership of projects, prioritization, and cross-functional processes
Qualification
Required

5+ years of experience as a Digital Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Project Manager supporting data- or technology-driven initiatives
Demonstrated experience working with complex data models and understanding how data and system changes impact the customer and user experience
Experience partnering with software vendors to deliver new features, support ongoing optimization, and participate in structured reviews
Strong interest in ownership, organization, and leadership, with experience leading projects or peers—or a clear desire to grow into broader leadership responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including requirements documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire
