Responsibilities

Inspect turf quality, landscaping standards, and overall workmanship
Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Support resolution of customer complaints via inspections
Maintain inspection documentation and performance reports
Assist with training and quality improvement initiatives

Qualification

Call Center QALawn CareTurf Care KnowledgeAnalytical SkillsTurf Management CertificationCoaching ExperienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Attention to DetailCommunication Skills

Required

5 to 7 years Call Center QA experience
3 to 5 years Lawn Care experience
Ability to travel 3 to 4 times a month to branches
Knowledge of turf care and fertilization practices
Analytical & problem solving
Strong attention to detail
Good oral & written communication and reporting

Preferred

Turf management or horticulture certification
Supervisory or coaching experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
