Responsibilities
Have Ownership. You’ll own visible goals that drive both top-line and bottom-line performance of our core marketplace business
Collaborate. You’ll work in a highly cross-functional environment with teams like Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and more
Strategize. You’ll bring new products and strategies to market, integrating new value propositions into our restaurant ecosystem
Operate. You’ll become an expert on running a sustainable marketplace business — creating value for merchants, Dashers, and consumers alike
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years of experience in a problem-solving role (consulting, tech, banking)
Extreme sense of ownership — you never shy away from tackling ambiguous problems and can motivate teammates to go above and beyond
Ability to solve problems from first principles and resist 'this is how it's always been done' thinking
Thrive with a diverse set of responsibilities and love working across teams and disciplines
Analytical powerhouse — you let data win arguments and are comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and modeling in Excel
Collaborator with experience managing stakeholders across diverse audiences, from front-line doers to senior executives
