The role involves managing critical accounting processes, supporting audit-readiness, and contributing to the development of new SOPs as the company scales its infrastructure following recent acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Manage PBC packages and drive execution during audit deliverables

Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations and assist with monthly close activities

Prepare journal entries for accruals, payroll, and fixed assets, including tracking depreciation

Reconcile AR aging and AP subledgers directly to the GL

Document core processes and contribute to the development of new SOPs

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience with Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks

A detail-oriented professional capable of operating independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Exposure to utility accounting is a significant plus
