Responsibilities
Own the full requirements lifecycle—from ideation and scope definition to solution delivery
Lead requirements gathering, business case development, project scope, product roadmap, and gap analysis
Develop and execute the business analysis plan, outlining key activities, schedule, and effort
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical and solution requirements
Produce high-quality deliverables including:
BRD (Business Requirements Document)
User stories & acceptance criteria
Use cases
Process models (current & future state)
Stakeholder & solution requirements
Traceability matrix
Leverage prior hands-on technical experience to:
Assess feasibility and validate solution designs
Identify risks or gaps early
Set realistic expectations with business and technical teams
Validate output from development and data teams
Maintain governance documents: stakeholder register, communication plan, requirements management plan
Ensure structured, timely communication across global business and technical stakeholders
Drive requirements traceability from definition through testing and deployment
Collaborate with and guide global cross-functional teams, including external partners and consultants
Support UAT, rollout, and ongoing enhancements with clarity and accountability
Influence delivery teams and senior stakeholders across a large enterprise environment
Qualification
Required
Highly analytical, with exceptional ability to translate between business and technical teams
Technical foundation required—prior hands-on experience with SQL, data concepts, BI/analytics tools, and data warehousing principles
Proficiency in validating technical outputs and identifying issues early
8–10+ years of experience in large, complex global organizations
Experience working with and leading global teams and third-party consultants
Expertise in requirements definition, prioritization, documentation, and end-to-end traceability (user stories, use cases, process models)
Preferred
Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience HIGHLY PREFERRED, with understanding of industry-specific data and processes
Prior experience at a major consultancy (Client, Client, PwC, EY) demonstrating the ability to quickly onboard and add value
Familiarity with AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning concepts and how they apply to business solutions
Experience mentoring and guiding global project teams or external consultants
