Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and product owners
Develop user stories, technical requirements, process models, and system documentation
Create user permissions/security models for applications and business processes
Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and reporting
Conduct manual and automated testing, bug reporting, and triage management
Prepare and present product demonstrations, UAT results, and technical findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are translated into working solutions
Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Develop help documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system adoption
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum)
4+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer
Demonstrated experience creating technical requirements, user stories, process models, and documentation
Hands-on experience with UAT planning and execution, automated testing (Selenium, Cypress), and manual QA testing
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and Agile development frameworks
Familiarity with basic SQL, RedHat environments, and 508 compliance testing
Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
Experience conducting stakeholder briefings, triage meetings, and training sessions
