Creating trade-specific schematics & layouts based on solid design principles
Performing project functions, including surveys, calculations, selections & layouts
Assisting with all project phases
Communicating with peers, supervisors, vendors, consultants, clients & stakeholders
Assisting in the construction administration process
Processing and reviewing shop drawings
Performing field observations
Preparing respective reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2yrs experience working in a Junior Designer Role
4-year degree in Lighting or related field
Great interpersonal skills
Polished communication skills (both verbal & writing)
Highly organized and composed under pressure
Proven time management ability: able to manage strict timelines with multiple projects to meet deadlines under high-pressure environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Advanced proficiency of AGI and Adobe Suite
Working knowledge of AutoCAD & REVIT
Possesses a keen eye for detail
