Experience in Medicare and commercial insurance benefit verification
DME/HME experience required, with intake
Preference given to bilingual 'English/Spanish'
High level of comfort on the phone
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
Experience with computers, Excel, Word and Outlook
Friendly/outgoing personality and a passion for helping people and a positive attitude
Good attendance is a must!
