Advise leadership on program success, prioritization, and change management strategies
Lead resolution of highly complex challenges with long-term impact
Oversee planning, financial management, risk assessment, and status reporting for large-scale initiatives
Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success
Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
7 years in Project Management, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presence
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus
Preferred
Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines
Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening)
Strong change management and consulting skills
Agile methodology experience
