Responsibilities

Develop data driven insights on market trends, consumer behavior, competitive insights, and emerging retail practices

Evaluate new growth opportunities including but not limited to new market entry, format innovation, partnerships, M&A

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business and support business areas in translating their strategies to clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes

Build financial business cases to support strategic recommendations

Prepare presentations for executive leadership and board level communications; strong story-telling abilities is a must

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA viewed as an asset

3-5 years in management consulting or a similar internal strategy & transformation role

Proven ability to clearly communicate complicated topics to senior leadership

Strong financial modelling abilities

Experience building facilitating Strategy workshop sessions

Current and valid passport is required, with a willingness to travel globally as needed

Preferred

Experience in retail, consumer-goods, or supply chain is preferred
