Responsibilities

Own and drive development of consumer-facing web and mobile experiences, with a strong emphasis on front-end quality and performance
Lead, mentor, and grow a small but high-impact engineering team
Remain hands-on in the codebase, particularly across full-stack and front-end systems
Partner closely with founders to shape product direction, UX, and roadmap
Build scalable, elegant experiences comparable to top-tier consumer marketplaces and social-commerce platforms
Set engineering standards while moving fast in a startup environment

Required

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full-stack background, with a clear bias toward front-end and user experience
Proven experience building consumer, user-facing products (web and/or iOS)
Background at top-tier technology companies, with demonstrated depth rather than job-hopping
Exposure to e-commerce or social-commerce platforms and high-traffic environments
Natural technical leadership, someone people want to learn from and follow

Preferred

You've worked in startup or high-growth environments and enjoy ownership
You've contributed to or owned shopping homepages or discovery-driven experiences
You bring strong product intuition and care deeply about UX polish
Your technical ability speaks for itself, you're trusted to execute without heavy process
