Responsibilities
Advise business owners through the business sale process
Prepare and review valuation inputs and financial information
Manage buyer qualification and negotiations
Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, lenders, and MBG leadership
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professional standards
Qualification
Required
Active California real estate license
Strong financial literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Understanding of business sale structures
Professional experience in brokerage, M&A, finance, or advisory roles
High integrity, discretion, and accountability
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
