Responsibilities

Evaluate building and plant electrical systems, components, controls, and automation through structured research and test programs
Design and implement testing methodologies to confirm capabilities and analyze system properties and performance
Lead and coach the Facility Maintenance Team to keep preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvements current and effective
Partner with vendors, contractors, engineers, and utility providers to specify, quote, procure, and manage electrical and automation systems
Create and maintain data sets, reports, and technical documentation for facility equipment and automation controls
Assist with development of capital and operating (expense) budgets and support execution against plan
Ensure adherence to federal, state, customer, quality, and safety requirements, including applicable standards
Provide subject-matter expertise on facility modifications, upgrades, and reliability improvements
Serve as team lead for construction initiatives and day-to-day facility activities
Perform risk assessments and manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
Communicate promptly any issues that may impact Environment, Health, Safety, or Quality (EHSQ)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
Deep understanding of power systems, automation/control systems, and materials
Background in facility electrical systems plus maintenance leadership experience
Familiar with OSHA, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 standards
Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities
Proactive leader able to guide teams and deliver results within deadlines
