Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone or via email, assisting with product selection, order details, and delivery information
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary details such as quantities, styles, and delivery times are confirmed
Stay informed about the full range of tile products, including sizes, finishes, and available stock, to provide expert advice to customers
Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs, upsell additional items where appropriate
Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system, ensuring all order details are properly logged and tracked
Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
Qualification
