Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical assistance to marketing personnel, supporting quality assurance processes through visual asset auditing to strengthen brand identity and internal organization
Update and maintain visual content that adheres to established brand guidelines, ensuring all designs effectively communicate the company's identity and values
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team, other designers, and stakeholders to develop cohesive marketing assets that align with brand messaging and translate marketing requirements into effective visual solutions
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for stakeholder presentations and campaigns
Execute design projects across multiple platforms, including presentation and document materials, digital media, print, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and website while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline
Professional oral and written communications skills, exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
Ability to incorporate feedback into design iterations
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/O365/Teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, database systems, and Canva Visual Suite
