Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance suite of internal management reporting, highlighting insights and trends detected in the reporting. As needed, will develop new, more focused financial reporting
Assist in the development of reporting for weekly operational and financial business reviews. Partner with business teams to identify the appropriate KPIs. Ensure accurate measurement of the KPIs
Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning
Perform trend analysis, cost modeling, and revenue projections
Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and financial processes
Own the development and maintenance of finance models and templates used by company managers as part of annual budget and target setting process
Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast and explain key drivers
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of the company’s executive team
Due to the nature of our business, this position may be required to work extended hours during peak seasons, or for special urgent projects

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's of Arts/Sciences in an analytical field (Finance, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
2-4 years of analytical professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, macros, modeling)
The drive to uncover the right answer, not necessarily the first or easiest
Deep attention to detail
Disposition towards execution and self-motivation
An obsession with continuous learning
Ability to present complex ideas clearly: verbally and graphically
Understanding of financial statements and statement analysis
Experience with corporate budgeting process
Systems thinking with background in basic programming
Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs
